Psychic attacks happen when an individual with strong energy directs prolonged negative energy towards you, often through negative thoughts or by employing someone skilled in such practices. This realm commonly involves black magic, voodoo, and similar methodologies. However, the source of such attacks can also be someone from your workplace, a former partner, or even a family member. The closer your relationship with the aggressor, the more susceptible you become.

For example, a colleague in a corporate setting might project intense negative energy towards you simply out of envy or a desire for your position. Regardless of the source, the negative repercussions are likely to be felt, and you must take action to safeguard yourself.

It’s critical not to dismiss your feelings or convince yourself that you're overreacting. When a strong negative influence is disrupting your energy and traditional grounding or cleansing methods fail to bring relief, seeking external assistance becomes essential. Numerous energy practitioners, such as reiki masters, healers, and shamans, can provide the necessary support.

Whatever you do, avoid ignoring the issue, hoping it will resolve on its own. Such problems typically do not dissipate without intervention. Additionally, never resort to retaliation; sending negative energy back to the aggressor only complicates the situation, as the energy we emit ultimately returns to us.

Signs of a Psychic Attack

Here are some indicators that a psychic attack may be occurring. While these symptoms can signify various medical conditions or coincidences, trusting your intuition is crucial.

If you suspect something is amiss but remain uncertain, consulting a qualified professional is a wise course of action—better to be cautious than to ignore potential issues.

While you may think that identifying the source of the issue allows for confrontation, this only works if the energetic burden is lifted first. If you remain under psychic attack, your efforts in the physical realm may be futile.

Despite my attempts to rationalize her behavior, it became clear that her negative energy was infiltrating my thoughts and affecting my health.

Eventually, I sought help—not from my boss, but from a healer. She affirmed my feelings and assured me that she could assist in removing the negative energy stemming from this colleague. The moment I returned home, I noticed a profound change; the oppressive thoughts of that woman began to fade.

The following day, I sent an email to clarify roles and responsibilities, hoping to eliminate any confusion. To my relief, the response was acceptance rather than backlash. From that moment forward, the harassment ceased, and I regained my peace.
