This implies that if you’ve adapted to facilitating workshops remotely, you now have three potential scenarios to navigate: fully in-office, fully remote, or a combination of both. It’s wise to establish principles for what works best for you, your team, and your stakeholders. Additionally, exploring any undiscovered features in your communication tools could enhance collaboration.

With the high demand for business analysis skills, organizations must cultivate their own talent. The challenge of finding experienced BAs is significant, prompting a need for companies to nurture and develop new talent. This can involve creating structured pathways for skill enhancement in a supportive environment.
