Exploring My New Writing Adventure on Vocal Media
Written on
Chapter 1: A New Beginning
My journey on Vocal Media commenced just a short while ago, and it has been quite the exhilarating experience filled with challenges and triumphs. Nevertheless, I am prepared to embrace whatever comes my way.
As an emerging writer, I am eager to seize every writing opportunity that presents itself. Over the past year, I have found considerable success on Medium, and I have no intentions of abandoning it anytime soon. However, like many of you, I yearned to explore other platforms for my writing, leading me to give Vocal Media a shot.
It’s been a fascinating journey thus far.
Section 1.1: Initial Impressions
Despite hearing various opinions about Vocal Media, I knew that not all online reviews are accurate. Therefore, I decided to experience it for myself.
On January 23, I registered, linked my Stripe account, and penned two articles. The anticipation was overwhelming. Unlike Medium, where publication can take time, I experienced a surprisingly quick turnaround—just a little over a day.
On Tuesday morning, my first article was published, and that’s when the magic began.

Shortly after, I became a Vocal Media Plus member, which opened up new opportunities. A few days later, I received an exciting email.

Following the publication of my first story, I received another email notifying me of a special recognition.
Section 1.2: Celebrating Small Wins
My first article was chosen as a Top Story! While it may seem like a minor accomplishment, I cherish every victory, no matter how small.
I was taken aback. Perhaps Vocal Media had more to offer than I initially thought.

One of my published stories is titled:
5 Apps to Better Your Life In our technology-driven world, smartphones play a crucial role in our daily lives, often dictating our routines and interactions.

After these two pieces, I checked my statistics and was pleasantly surprised.

Chapter 2: Moving Forward
Closing Thoughts
Although I have only been on Vocal Media for under a week, I’m already experiencing success. I am excited to continue exploring this platform as an additional outlet for my writing.
If I don’t take risks, I will never discover my potential. However, I will also maintain my writing on Medium, where I have cultivated a dedicated following.
Expect more stories from me soon! If you’re contemplating writing for Vocal Media, I encourage you to give it a shot. You never know what could unfold!
For those with prior experience on the platform, any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated by all writers!
Happy writing!
