Chapter 1: Monthly Insights and New Beginnings

In the latest update from ILLUMINATION, I regret to inform you that I was unable to share my reading insights yesterday due to unforeseen circumstances. However, during a brief interlude today, I introduced a new Quora space I’ve created, along with inviting writers to join our community for meaningful engagement.

Aiden dedicated three days to onboard 200 new writers, a task that our ILLUMINATION editors accomplished with great success. Let's extend a warm welcome to them! I plan to feature them in a future post to introduce them to my audience.

Recently, we celebrated a significant milestone by clearing our extensive publishing queue. Our chief editor shared a heartfelt narrative that serves as an inspiration to both writers and readers, highlighting the editors' efforts that made this achievement possible.

Unfortunately, Medium experienced some technical issues that disrupted our largest publication, prompting me to share my reflections on the situation. During a short break, I also penned an important piece for individuals living with Type II diabetes: "Why 50% of 10,000 UK Type II Diabetics Choose Low Carb Diet Instead of Drugs."

I also shared progress from my small publication, Health and Science, which reached an impressive 40,000 views last month. If you’re interested in writing about health topics, I encourage you to join us—details are available.

I admire Dr. Yildiz’s leadership as he transitions our platform from Medium to Substack, effectively bridging the two significant platforms. His piece, "Part I: Building a Foundation Using the Power of the First Tier [Free]," is available in our Substack community.

A poignant story by Brenda Mahler, attributed to our cherished Aiden, reflects the challenges our volunteer editors face. Although Aiden is departing from the boost program, he will continue to support us as an editor and curator; his work ethic is truly commendable.

For those who missed it, here’s a narrative that captures the struggles of our volunteer editors. We appreciate your patience as we diligently work on these challenges.

Dr. Yildiz authored a remarkable article that every writer should read, emphasizing that this platform prioritizes community engagement over profit. His story, "A Topic Reflecting My 25 Years of Scientific Research Earned 77 Cents," highlights this ethos.

As part of our vision to support every writer on Substack, I joined as a founding member. I’m committed to donating all my writing earnings to the library to hire a full-time marketer or agency to tackle this demanding task.

Please enjoy my favorite stories along with some nominated pieces from ILLUMINATION publications.
